You will be responsible to develop the UK eBusiness strategy and plans across 10 iconic brands and 10 customers (Bricks & Clicks and eRetailers) to accelerate channel growth. It is a very exciting opportunity to join a growing beauty business that is in “scale up” mode.

The Head of ecommerce is a newly created role, and will be responsible for building joint business plans with key customers in the online space – key account include the Hut Group, Asos, Amazon, Feel Unique and Beauty Bay. This is a strategic role, and we are looking for someone who can manage the complexity of leading the online channel:

· Propose and execute a full roll-out strategy

· Negotiate commercial terms and build annual joint business plans with online partners

· Propose, design and implement digital projects to increase customer ROI

· Lead the eComm team, coach them and set direction & priorities to deliver the above
